Management
Mr Eric Tseane has an administrative background as an employee of Siemens where he was involved with salary negotiations as Chief negotiator.
He later joined a Lawyers Human rights organization as a paralegal at Black Sash Advice Centre. His involvement with small businesses started at Get Ahead Foundation where he was coordinator of stokvels lending money to small businesses.
In 1990 he completed a diploma in social development with Coady International Institute. He holds certificates in Dynamics of motivation, People’s organization in community and nation building and participated in a 6 months residential course comprising human resources development, adult education.
planning and evaluation as core subjects. In 1992 he was involved in a business consultants training programme at the University of Witswatersrand School of Business Administration.
Mr Tseane is a team builder, strategist and a conflict resolution specialist. He is currently involved with several community projects and encourages youth and women to contribute to the socio-economic development of the country as entrepreneurs.
He has worked with prominent personality in community based projects that include Nobel Price winner Archbishop Desmong Tutu and Dr Ntahto Motlana, a world renowned physician. |
Cleaning Personnel
All cleaning personnel should be neatly dressed in uniforms at all times and ensure:

- Good mannerism
- Be will to help whenever possible
- Use of protective clothing
- Respect the space and privacy of client organizations
- Carry out their duties with diligence and care
- Add value to client organizations
- Contribute to improvement of services by constantly looking for areas of improvement
Quality Control
We implement regular inspections of all sites where work is in progress to ensure that our cleaning standards remain high and to customer satisfaction. Routine inspection is conducted by supervisors as well as senior managers who are able to address any client or employee concerns. This assists in maintaining rapport between the company’s most valuable assets in our business equation, customers and employees and through system of reporting gives management feedback that allows us to be aware of customer needs and be able to respond to it. We offer more than just spot less cleaning but a personalized and comfortable services, you rarely notice us just like any other companions. |
Inspections are conducted on an hourly basis to monitor chores that have been completed and determine what needs to be done as follows
- An inspection list is compiled and placed in holders at selected points e.g. toilet
- Supervisors conduct hourly inspection signing off what has been done and noting what needs to be done and areas of improvements
- Clients are able to comment or note their observations, ratings and recommendations on the sheet or communicate concerns to supervisors or manager
- Our operations manager visits sites on a daily basis and conducts independent inspection also signing off chores done and instructing supervisor where relevant
- Manager consults with relevant person within client organization on service needs and progress
- A second inspection is conducted with supervisor to sign off work for the day and consult with clients who will also sign off work for the day if they are satisfied. Any concerns raised are dealt with immediately and positive commendations are passed on the cleaning teams or person(s)
- A summary of reports, audit statistics are tilled, with bench marks of overall sum of bad, good, very good and excellent set for every month as performance targets

We are an environmentally friendly company and strive to utilized environmentally friendly materials in the execution of our duties. All cleaning material that we use are distinctively labeled and must be SABs and ISO approved. We exercise due diligence in the execution of our duties to ensure the safety of both our workers and clients. Warning notice boards for any danger such as wet floors or work in progress are a must. Our Cleaners have name badges and uniforms for ease of identification, communication purposes and as part of our branding strategy. We offer protective clothing such as clothing garments and gloves to all employees and ensure that they are well equipped for whatever chores they are engaged in.
